I just talked to Debbie and Andrew is going OK. He has some bumps, bruises and a few stitches but nothing too serious. He should be leaving the hospital later today.

Debbie said that looking at the amount of damage of the cars, she is sure that God was there watching out for Andrew and all the other... PTL!!!

We just got back from the hospital and after 7 hours of surgery, DJ is doing OK. The good news is his index finger should be OK after some physical-rehabilitation but the bad news is that it looks like he will lose the tip of his thumb just below the nail. The surgeon was able to attach it but he thought it only had a 10% chance of working. Either way we are all very thankful for tonight... it could have been much, much worse.

Holly and I want to thank all of you for your concern, calls, emails and texts but mostly for your prayers. They are much appreciated and much needed. DJ will have a ways to go to get things back to normal but as of right now, in the end he should be fine. Please continue to pray for him and Raina... she is really going to need all the help she can get!!!

I talked to Betty & Jennifer tonight and they told me that Nancy, AKA "grandma" is home and doing much better. The doctors believe that she was having a bad reaction to one of her medicines she was taking. They wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and they will keep us updated on grandma's recovery.

I heard today that he is doing somewhat better. They think it may have been a reaction to some of his medicine.

I spoke to Geri last night and Jim came through his surgery very well. The doctor was pleased with the success of the surgery and hopes this will reduce Jim's pain. Please continue to remember him in prayer.
