June 2013 - Posts

  • Lillian Beverly passes away...

Please remember Lillian's family in prayer.  She passed away Thursday morning.  She is the aunt of Cheri Hayes, Debra Paxton, and Ann Jarrell & the sister-in-law of Janice Beverly.  They will be traveling to Virginia this weekend for the funeral on Sunday.

  • Prayer Request from Malari Helman

    Hi Malari,

Would you & your congregation please pray for Nxxxxx & Nxxxxx?  These 2 students mother passed away last June, their grandmother passed away in January & I just received an email that their father has died.  That leaves the children as orphans…

I would ask that you pray for His hand to guide these little ones for proper, wholesome care in a loving home.  I only know of a teenage uncle.  My pastor is meeting w/ the principal today re: the current situation.

I would covet your prayers for these little ones.  Nxxxxx already has major esteem problems…as does her brother.

    Thank you so much!

  • Ron Kievit

Ron is the husband of my first cousin and is in the hospital in poor condition. Please remember him and the family in your prayers.
  • Michael Weaver - Holly Young's Brother

Holly received word a few minutes ago that her brother Michael passed earlier this morning.  Holly's family lives in New Hampshire which we just returned from yesterday afternoon.  Please continue to pray for Mike's family especially his wife Diane and their sons Mike Jr and Dennis as they deal with the loss of their husband and father.

    God bless,

     Don Y
