I am not sure how to say this but after my posting for prayers we received a call from my Grandma and Sam did not pass. When he woke up this morning he had stopped breathing and his eyes were rolled back. The hospice nurses have said that he probably will not make it through tonight. Please keep the family in your prayers. His son and my grandmother have been sitting by his side all day and plan on staying there until he passes. Thank you again for your prayers.
