• David Masters

• Nadine Farmer-ER

  I just returned home from the hospital. I had to call 911 for my Mom who was having chest pain this evening. She has been admitted for Observation and will hopefully be home tomorrow evening, but don't know yet. She was having some bad chest pain and I didn't want to play around with it and called the squad to come and transport her to Mount Carmel East Hospital. Please keep her and my sister and I in your prayers. I don't foresee this to be anything right now. All of her test have come back negative thus far, but they are going to do more blood tests during the night and possibly do a stress test tomorrow. God had a reason for me to not be gone from home tonight and I am so thankful that I was here when this all took place. Just wanted to let all of my prayer warriors in on what is happening. • Mike Smith and Diane Hillyer

  I have a couple of prayer request for the Hillview family.  I just talked to my brother Jerry and he gave me an update on his brother-in-law Mike Smith.  Mike had surgery a couple of weeks ago to removed a cancerous tumor from his colon.  Mike went through the surgery very well and things were looking up.  However Mike had some test earlier this week and the doctor found cancerous cells still present in his body.  Needless to say this is not what Mike and all of us was hoping and praying for.  Mike will not know what the next step will be for a week or two.   Please keep Mike and his family in your prayers as he goes through this difficult time. I also talked to a good friend of mine this past weekend.  I have know Diane Hillyer since my high school days in Logan and she told me that she was recently diagnosed with *** cancer.  Her daughter was married this past Saturday and she will begin the chemo treatments this week.   Please keep Diane, her husband Lee and her daughter Lisa in your prayers.  God bless you all,  Don Y Posted Aug 13 2008, 07:23 PM by Don Young with no comments

• Leslie Whiteman Funeral Arrangements

  Leslie's viewing is at the Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home in Pataskala today (Thursday) from 4 pm - 9 pm.  The funeral is tomorrow (Friday) at 10 am at the funeral home.  Any food for the family may be brought to the church Friday morning and put in the kitchen. We will see it gets to them. • Kiley Morrison

  This is a granddaughter of a friend of Kyle's.  She was born Friday and has been in the ICU since.  Her heart did not develop in utero at the same pace as her body.  The family is meeting with the doctors tommorrow to decide if they can do surgery and also to find out what to expect.  I talked with her great grandfather today and he asked for prayers for the family in this difficult time.  Posted Aug 05 2008, 03:10 PM by jntopy with no comments

• Leslie Whiteman Funeral

  As most of you know, Stephanie Kreitzurg's sister was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident.  Stephanie is the daughter-in-law of Brian & Levonda Kreitzburg who teaches the nursery D6 Sunday School Class. The showing will be at the Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home in Pataskala Thursday from 4-9.  The funeral will be at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday. Please pray for the family.
